Classification of webbing

1. According to the material: nylon/terylene/PP/acrylic/cotton/polyester/gold and silver onion/spandex/light silk/rayon, etc.

Difference between nylon and PP webbing: Generally, nylon webbing is woven first and then dyed, so the color of the yarn after cutting will be white due to uneven dyeing.

PP webbing is dyed first and then woven, so there will be no phenomenon of yarn turning white. In contrast, nylon webbing is more shiny and softer than PP webbing; it can also be distinguished by the chemical reaction of combustion; generally, the price of nylon webbing is higher than that of PP webbing.

2. According to the weaving method: plain weave, twill, satin and miscellaneous weave. 5. According to the characteristics of the webbing itself: elastic webbing and rigid webbing (non-elastic webbing).

6. According to the process, it is mainly divided into two categories: woven webbing and knitted webbing. Webbing, especially jacquard webbing, is somewhat similar to the cloth label process, but the warp yarn of the cloth label is fixed, and the pattern is expressed by the weft yarn;

E/Herringbone belt: transparent shoulder strap, yarn belt, line belt

F/Luggage webbing: PP belt, nylon hemming belt, cotton webbing, rayon webbing, acrylic webbing, jacquard webbing. . .

G/Velvet ribbon: elastic velvet ribbon, double-sided velvet ribbon

T/Velvet ribbon: velvet ribbon is made of velvet material, with a thin layer of wool inlaid on the ribbon
